Saddened to report that at my surgery clearance appointment today (having a vasectomy next week,) my doc said I was fine for surgery, but despite my repeated requests, was unable to write me an emergency prescription for citizenship for me and my daughter in Thailand before 1/20/25.

My first heart attack of the day: my 943 day "exceeded my move goal on my Apple Watch" streak was gone this morning. Restarted my iphone and watch and it came back. Whew.
