I’m pretty new to running. At age 70 sought advice on how to run December 2023. Ran the Vancouver Sun Fun Run 10km in April 2024. The Victoria 1/2 marathon in October and now the Comox Valley half-marathon. Will run my first full marathon in Vancouver in May. I think I can do it.

November running where I live on Vancouver Island (between storms that is). Typically mild and wet. Near my home there is an oceanfront section of a 27km loop.
