Doesn’t Trump’s and Bulele’s behavior in the Abrego Garcia case, and the USSC’s admonition to avoid treading on foreign policy argue for a nationwide preliminary injunction prohibiting foreign renditions without due process. Every federal officer, contractor, pilot etc should face criminal contempt.

Has a national lawyers committee been formed yet? Individual chapters in every state, with a national strategy council would make sense. Every individual SS government officer should be targeted personally.

I’m tired of the donation requests from senatorial candidates that earnestly affirm that they voted no on CR cloture. They knew cloture was going to pass—probably having been told so in a back room. It’s just performative bullshit. Tell me your plan to grind the senate to a halt and remove Schumer.
