Lucy Letby should not have been convicted.
The Panorama show on Lucy Letby was not balanced. It played fast and loose with some of the figures, as the BBC has admitted.

Lucy Letby maintained her innocence in police interviews and under cross examination. Her note, when read in full, sounds nothing like the thoughts of a serial killer, but of someone in agony at false accusations. The jury never heard from Dr Shoo Lee, Dr Neena Modi, Prof. Jane Hutton etc.

When the people doing the thinking on Lucy Letby are eminent neonatologists like Dr Shoo Lee and Dr Neena Modi, their arguments that no crimes were committed should be taken seriously. www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0nm...

Professor Modi is wholly independent and disinterested. And as a neonatologist, she is an excellent person to assess the medical evidence concerning Lucy Letby. If you want to find bias, you should be asking why she was not asked to testify at the Thirlwall Inquiry.

Owen Jones is an advocate for human rights, and his defence of Lucy Letby is admirable.
