Not that I condone the boat shootings(I don't) But if we knew about the bigger boat why not sink the bigger threat? Would have cost the "Cartel" more. And why would we announce the strikes? I would think playing the unseen Boogey man would be more advantageous and maybe generate more intel.

I'm still stunned the place was demolished before a plan was even made for what would be there. And all done without knowing what the actual cost would be. And should there not have been a bidding process on who would be doing the work?
