Urgh. Global emissions are the highest in history.

-modest reductions in EU/US countered by growth in intl. aviation and India. Wildfires are adding to land use emissions. Coal, oil and gas are all up.

We've missed the junction for 1.5 and put our foot firmly on the accelerator.

One of the reasons I'm over here is I'm sickened by the vile abuse of @simonahac.bsky.social on X re Climate 200, the misogyny, runs a 'harem', the false & defamatory claims of corruption, makes a monza out of RE. Truth be known C200 is altruism in action, helping give a pol voice to the voiceless.
