Again, it only silences or suppresses anything at all because it has a material implication in the structure. If you are rewarded for labor, you are not punished for not owning the version of it that does well.

Plagiarism is simply the "ethical" expression (read: ideology) of the enforcement of bourgeois property dynamics. Without bourgeois property dynamics, plagiarism doesn't present a meaningful contradiction and therefore arguably doesn't exist.
