It's not a privilege to be somewhat less disadvantaged—though it's important to acknowledge.

The talking point that "AI is melting the planet" is pretty bunk. AI uses a bit more than 1/10th (0.04% world energy use) of what Netflix/streamers (0.3%) use and also what online porn (an additional 0.3%).
Where's the outrage over the environmental impact of Netflix and porn?

Even if this person is happy with this credited use of their (great, high-effort) work, it's HIGHLY transactional and not an appreciation of their work at all.
