Medicine itself is not about making people live forever - "merely" to live longer, healthier. So in that vein, they had a problem with the aims of medicine itself, being employed to everybody instead of just them.

I retrospect, it should not have been a huge surprise with cynical sociopaths in charge of everything.

True, true, sometimes it's Royal that Amazon uses and sometimes Royal MKail uses Parcelforce which is way worse (actually this parcel for my wife was via Parcelforce, I think). But never had a problem with RM when delivering Amazon :D
