interesting how when these people have power it is no longer about your choice. they will decide if you can get a vaccine or not.

It’s not just academic for that person. How many people might die if foreign governments can surveil the president and his spaces? How exposed is the president to actual physical threats? And yet…anyone who says “no” gets expelled from government.

Imagine being the Air Force person tasked with signing off on “this plane is now secure enough for the President to use as a mobile command center.” You *have to*, at cost of your professional life. But you *can’t*—at cost of your professional life.

Look, I know that Catholics and ex-Catholics from Chicago are being insufferable about the new pope. But just think, it could have been worse, he could’ve been from Boston!
