Which is also absurd. It's because they're acting like the conservatives that they're losing people to reform, conservatives were voted out after all. They're only enabling reform to go further and be nastier. They need proper labour policies which will protect and care for people to win back votes

This is the most absurd thing I've heard in a while. International care workers keep the care sector afloat. We have crisis in care which is only going to get worse, and they want to reduce the number of qualified people available to work in the sector? Bonkers.
