According to the Map Ann Arbor Parcel Viewer, the adjacent parcel is owned by AAPS. The city agreeing to do snow removal for AAPS isn't, in itself, a bad thing. But things have changed recently and now this parcel also has a sidewalk on Scio Church--a sidewalk that AAPS is responsible for plowing.

According to the City of Ann Arbor Sidewalk Snow Removal map, this sidewalk should be cleared by the city. www.arcgis.com/apps/instant...
