I take great pride in my flag. Take this photo for instance. The first space walk by a Brit and what’s that on his arm? Gosh surely not! His fellow astronaut commented at the time at how great it was to see the Union Jack which had explored all the seas was now on another adventure in space.

I’m struggling to see how cable tying (aka zip ties) a cheap flag to any bit of street furniture you can find can be deemed as patriotic. If anything it’s the complete opposite to me. It’s turning our flags into something that aren’t and making be want to disassociate from it.

Always been a big fan of this mindset for teaching. With a love and knowledge of how to learn you can turn your hand to anything.
