The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office has filed three additional misdemeanor charges “for distracted driving, failure to obey traffic control device, and reckless driving”.

That affects me but I still don’t understand how the zones work. I assume the shuttles only dump at the Candler Park train station.
(Not as convenient as taking the No. 2 bus to PCM, the Plaza or the Fox.)
