Old. lost, confused. Here for the cat pictures
I particularly laughed at the lack of conscience available amongst Govt MPs. Seems they are the last ones to notice

Alternatively, people could realise that road cones are a red herring, and are not the reason NZ has increasing debt, increasing unemployment, low productivity

A comparison:

20% reoffending vs 70% reoffending
No prizes for guessing which one our PM supports

Our kids are too important to be political pawns. Our PM needs to realise that some of them may not actually move to Australia, and these are our future citizens

Musical Chairs sums up the stupidity of Coalition Govt beatifully.

"The world does't owe you a living" says the man who has killed off 10's of thousands of jobs. And then suggests teens need need to get themselves sorted. He is incapable of considering himself at fault

Straight out of a Charles Dickens novel, the Finance Minister who has bought the NZ economy to it's knees finds herself intimidated when faced with representatives from God

So just to be clear, these businesses would be uneconomic if they had to pay for the cost of cleaning up the damage they are doing, and can't just leave it to ratepayers to fix?

And that is a bad thing?

Charlie Kirks death "struck such a chord with New Zealanders" that many of us went to find out what that chord was, and why we cared about Charlie Kirk

I've never heard our acting PM say anything like this about the many other shootings.

Looks like our PM has lost his copy of "Art of the Deal"

Apparently that surplus of $13,000 is what we negotiated to get a second pilot for a few hours. But doesn't include the normal security details we would have to pau.

Thank goodness we have got rid of that old wasteful spending Govt.

How it started:
NZ Govt has too many bureaucrats

How it's going:
The NZ Govt increased the number of public servants in both 2024 and 2025 (www.publicservice.govt.nz/data/workfor...)

It's a great summary of how #nzpol is going nowdays - a disconnection between what is said and what is done.

Your expectations have been met. Ftom July 2025 - "the headcount of full-time public servants increased by 121 people following the 2023 election"

Our Finance Minister, along with a smiling PM even encouraged other businesses to sell things at a loss

This is the PM who proudly tries to run NZ as a business complains and complained about other politicians not understanding how a business runs

Good job Christopher. You are the weakest link.

I really like the new walkway on Ti Rikau Road, but it feels pretty kiwi to take a straight line and put curves in it. Is this why anything that isn't a road is so expensive?

"how can we be a government for economic growth if we allow a major industry to die? That would be inconsistent"

says the Govt that let the mill in Ohakune close leaving hundreds out of work, and little future for the town. Then watched as Kinleith, then Oji Mills did the same thing

It's hard to not to acknowledge the understated arrogance of our PM at times as he ignores guidance from the High Court when he complains about people ignoring the law

After all, it's completely reasonable that he should ignore Human Rights - he is the PM

Love the idea that Aucklanders driving from Warkworth to Te Hana is consider Nationally Significant. And when we can drive there faster, our economy will absolutely bloom

He should have been a comedian. Sadly, he choose the wrong career

"This is ACT driving real change in Government."

And he didn't even have to mention the racial divide, erosion of working conditions, the Ministry of Regulation, jobs for his mates. Just making real change...

Police Minister Mitchell would share his concerns for families being threatened if someone wrote "Organisers of an event violently disrupted by groups are urging the community to remain vigilant with concerns of more protests"

But seems he is ok if we just add a couple of words:
