It's sad cuz I swear it wasn't always this overtly poisonous

There's like 5 good posts per day on any given platform and I trust my friends to send them to me directly at this point

Like I used to reach for this app like a genuine addict, and Instagram and tumblr, and now I open any of them and it feels the exact same as when someone hands me a cigarette. I just don't really want it and if I do light it up for 2 seconds I feel nauseous and sick and wonder why I ever did this

It has been years since I felt like I could say how I really feel about things around me without judgment/fear of abandonment or abuse and I am so so so glad, like damn I feel like myself again
