Those are Stripe Central Socks (www.periwinkledragon.ca/patterns/str...) and the yarn is from Stitch Noir (www.stitchnoir.com). Absolutely zero bleed in the wash, even the dark one. They still look great, even after a year of wear by my spouse. Highly recommend that dyer!

It’s actually a very easy pattern to knit! All you need is self-striping yarn and some increases and decreases in the right places. 😊

Yoga instructors just do not understand the concept of a beginner. Case in point: I took a “beginner” yoga class today and we spent — no joke — 2/3 of it on the finer details of the two warrior poses. 30 minutes of, essentially, never-ending lunges. It was horrendous. Unbalanced and boring. Why.
