Im at a stage were i can not stop thinking of work and how to improve my team drunk and sober. I think i #caretoomuch ? Having responsabilities does not stop at all.... what to do?

Back up on the horse after having been out of action since march.
Was diagnosed after some trial and error by the doctors with #transientosteoporosis in the hip. Had to stop #running until now.

Proud, Have just run my first 5k AGAIN.

Its so bloody annoying when one is stuck at home with a hip that choose to stop working. And friends are all out #running now that the snow is gone. Tried my first outdoor run a little bit to early, felt pace was really good untill the hip Said STOP. Again... #runninginjury

Back on track! getting those #shinsplints under controll. Found good sources on streching and excercises to minimize the chance of them ruining the #running plan i have. Easy and good zone 2 run today stable and nice heartrate

New #treadmill #intervall in the box.

#run 8min@11km/t then 2min cool down 8x60/30@13 then 8min @13. The last 8min just goes by in a blink :) this was a really good #workout.

Snowboard gone but frost remains. Still not too bored being In the gym at the treadmill. But its starting to be good conditions outside as well. Stepping up from 3 to 4 days a week now as progress has felt slow.

Decided to take a small Christmas vacation from #running did feel a bit of guilt when seeing people out running during the day on christmas eve. but now the plan is to go full in for a 5k in may and possible switching to do a 10k race next.

Went on a tempo #run today. Planned for 60min but when I got there the #10k was so so close i just had to do the extra steps. Finished with a 10k pb at 1:10 having cruised most of the way there. Feel i most definatly can crush this time if i choose to do so. #running tuesday :)

Ended this week with not enough fuel. Hit a brick wall 🧱on the 🏃‍➡️#treadmill on the first intervall. Struggled through the next 3. Had Planned for 5x4min but managed barely 4x4. Heartrate was ok but the legs just gave up. Monday is #restday and then a #easyrun tuesday. Guess im just #tired ☹️

Another round with #interval training. Aimming for 2 each week + 1 long run. Only able to have 3 days of #running each week. 6min warmup 2x4m (60/90sec cool down) and then 10x 45x15 at a higher #treshold pace. Aimming to increase the 45x15 to 15x and 20x later. Good run!

Not brave enough to try #running outside until the snow is gone. The #treadmill will be my best buddy for some months now 🏃 what would be the best indoor cross #training we can do this winter?

I started from scratch. Unable to complete even a 3k at 47years old. High blood pressure and unfit.

I started Following Garmins running coach 5k plans run-walk-run for 12weeks. I Finally Managed to complete a 5k and started rigth away on improving my time moving to next phase.

Today was a fun interval session om the treadmill.
10min warm up
2x 4min with 1min cool down
10x 45-15
5min cool down

5k training #running with 15 45x15 intervalls. Hard but i feel really good afterwards.

Started with some suggested pace times from #strava / #mcmillantraining and then using #chatgpt to build out a table showing me type of run pace-range treadmillspeed distance incline and a whole lot of other metrics based on my own pace for a couple of different #running types.
