We only lift ours after the first frosts and once the foliage has died off, then put them in a dark place, with ventilation, no more than that. Some parts shrivel a little but the main part stays ok, ready to plant at a later date. Good luck 🤞🏻

Just store in a cool, dry place (as they are) until you’re ready to plant them again

More so in the sunshine and where the ‘smellier’ herbs are but yes, the tunnels smell wonderful!
