Svenska Bostäder krävde ersättning för skador i lägenheten när hyresgästen flyttade ut. Men hyresgästen menade att hon inte orsakat skadorna och vägrade betala. Efter beslut i Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden drog hyresvärden tillbaka kravet.
