Most of us know our housing is being bought up by investors, but what can we do about it?

I inherited Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, the same way he inherited stupidity.

Got called out for not crediting the designer of the hippo. It's Jonathan Adler. You're welcome.

At this point, I believe nothing told to me by anyone over the age of 8.

Idk what I believe religiously, but I am 100% certain that cats are aliens who communicate with their fellow creatures in space via telepathy. And their job on Earth is to report home about the habits, etc. of the human species.

Then they're inevitably my photos, with no Photoshop or fakeness, which the couples blow up and put on their walls. I take it as a great compliment, and I guess I take fish or chicken as my payment. 😝

Then a casino was attached, which remained standing for a bit (you can sort of make out the world "CASINO" in red atop the building). Then, in May 2015, they imploded the grandstand of the horse track...

This image marks the birth of the LA Rams' SoFi Stadium.

Ppl think dementia comes on slowly, but anesthesia, surgery, and extreme stress can put it into overdrive nearly overnight. This is not like he has a few more years before it's bad. He's declining by the day, in every way.

You can't just make an 80yo travel every day and stay up 36 hours at a time.

People keep asking why my fat ass isn't on Ozempic - like they're being SUPER helpful - and I'm all, "Have you not seen Ozempic face?" They consistently respond like, "Oh yeah, good point."

Thanks for the advice, turds.

Haha, the left looks like a funeral home and the right looks like a frat house at an art school.

What?! I will never understand how they move whole houses, any more than I'll ever understand how cranes don't fall down all the time.

Friends School of Baltimore used to have light mustard yellow and chocolate brown uniforms, and we always teased them for looking like they got their clothes out of the toilet. (Nobody said high school girls were kind... or clever.)

WTAF. I fed that logo into Chat GPT to figure out what it reminded me of, and it instantly said - with total confidence - that yours was definitely the flag of Funghi Forest in Mario Kart...

I said I Googled and found no evidence of that. It wrote this:

See, the most primary hues of paint colors weren't used on houses at the time that lovely one there was built. Reds were a little brown, blues were a little grey. So while that's... interesting... I would rather have a house that exudes its own history, you know?

I get it, but I just love the colored gingerbread trim look of, say, Angelino Heights in LA.

Flipped an old house once and added the cute trim and colors; there was a bidding war within days, and everyone said it was bc of that, the stained glass window in the foyer, and the clawfoot bathtub.
