Will start my next court hearing against the govt. with a spontaneous pledge to “take all appropriate action to refer for disciplinary action any attorney whose conduct in Federal court appears to violate professional conduct rules, including rules governing meritorious claims and contentions.”
It’s a long “memorandum,” but it’s essentially telling Pam Bondi and Kristi Noem to go after lawyers who challenge the federal government — which is many lawyer’s jobs.
