Here's a list of other things Gina's Hancock Prospecting sponsors. Gina doesn't care about Australia's future, only her own profits. Sports, arts and communities generally will ultimately pay a huge cost for her destructive behaviour. It's a bad a deal.

Elite sports people might be worried about what this change means. There's a narrow window to achieve success and financial strain limits opportunities for athletes. But Gina Reinhart is an avowed enemy of the safe climate we need to enjoy and excel at sport. All sports are better without her.

It's not surprising the climate and biodiversity crises are continuing unchecked - we're letting the fox sponsor the henhouse and attend the opening ceremony. These companies are the problem, they have had plenty of chance to change and they haven't. They aren't welcome anymore.

The conference becomes another opportunity for these companies to advertise and greenwash so that they can keep polluting and wrecking biodiversity.

Flyer or brochure for distribution
Powerpoint holding slides during presentations
Three complimentary regos including conference dinner morning teas etc

They get to use the Biodiversity Conference as an advertising platform to greenwash their reputations. Woodside and Alcoa were Platinum sponsors - this costs $10k and the sponsorship package says that for this horrifyingly low price tag they get:
