Proud to have participated in this investigative piece. Russia's "shadow fleet" is an impt target for economic sanctions that also benefits the planet. Russia's malignant negligence in its oil and shipping industries caused this spill in the Black Sea, possible anywhere dangerous tankers sail.

Fascinating coverage of dealing with landmines and unexploded munitions in Ukraine - hundreds of years will be needed to clear them. Heck, France, Belgium are still dealing with ordnance from WWI.
