Comparison of serum IFN-λ3 levels between patients with PM/DM-ILD and healthy controls, and comparison of serum IFN-λ3 levels based on the status of myositisspecific antibodies in patients with PM/DM-ILD. Serum IFN-λ3 levels in patients with PM/DM-ILD (Hamamatsu and validation cohorts) exhibited marked increases compared to the healthy controls (p < 0.001) (a).
