I ventured out and downtown after a week since the first snow - surprised how bad the river path was. Except one section where this person should be in charge 👏 Also, Edworthy Hill was excellent - covered in gravel. #yycbike

New Skis Day! First trip with the Madshus with skins. We started with bindings in the middle and it was very sticky - moved them back and we were gliding! Def improving my speed (still slow 😝) #greatdivide #lakeohara #lakelouise #xcskiyyc @seumasb.bsky.social

Have you tried the kidicalmass ride organized by @whoalansi.bsky.social ? They have finished for this year but there is a Santa Scramble kidicalmass happening too! Group rides are a great way to meet friends 🥰

I love my Skidloader - it quickly became my everyday transportation and a great bikepacking ride. No pushing uphill! The Small is a bit bigger than I would like but I’ve learned to adapt. I can’t imagine life without this bike and it’s made winter riding feel easy! #surly #surlyskidloader #yycbike
