I’m starting to knit the last of 4 pairs of socks for my sister for Christmas. This summer she asked me to knit her a pair as she only had one pair and saved them to wear on weekends. So I made her 2 more. I’ve made 3 more since then and with this pair she will have 7, one for each day of the week!

You’ll find lots of knitters here! I’ve been knitting since I was a kid, probably about 60 years. One of my most recent projects was this emotional support chicken. She was named Nugget.

Just finished and gave away an Emotional Support Chicken who was quickly named Nugget. She was filled with memory foam and doubles nicely as a neck pillow. She’s a little wonky, but she has personality.

Sorry you had a bad day. Hope tomorrow is better. I had to work (pediatric physical therapist) one of my little kids sang me my current fav song “Cat is on the toilet, meow…”a real song, he sang it for me last
time we were together.

Hope you don’t mind me hopping in here. I have bad arthritis in my hands and I prefer hooks like this with thicker handles. I do sometimes wear a brace made of thin fabric like ski divers wear (neoprene maybe?). Hope that helps.

My dog got to spend time with her first family yesterday. She loves to see them, but is madly in love with my husband, so, best of both worlds!

On my needles. My sister recently complimented me big time by asking me to knit her another pair of socks. Which I did. Found out they’re her favorite and she now only has 2 pair; she plans out when to wear them. My goal now is for her to have 7 pair. This will be pair #3.

Percy is happy that the weather is a little warmer. She does not approve of icicles in her beard!
