On April 8, the Trump administration updated its Travel Advisory for El Salvador from Level 3 (Reconsider Travel) to Level 1, safer than France, Sweden, UK, Italy, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. Is this what El Salvador got for refusing to return the wrongfully deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia?
