It was definitely not busy when we rode (mid-day on a weekday) but neither was it empty! And we were the only obvious tourists

Stations felt overbuilt, and both stations I entered/exited had dead ends where it looks like they may have saved some money on faregates at the expense of walkshed access. Hopefully that's something they fix in the future

Land use around the stations I visited was kind of a mixed bag, but I can imagine the line getting a lot of use when the whole thing is open
