Friday afternoon with the granddaughter. Ross for yoga mat and baby Rapunzel, shoe store for boots for both of us. Malls are great for toddlers. Then trampoline for an hour and the pet store. I got home and couldn't get off the couch.

Just had a woman having a mental health situation with a baby in her car fly down my very narrow street being chased by police.
My street is about 4 blocks and dead ends at each end.
kids were playing baseball and running on the sidewalk.

We had a lovely time together yesterday. I highly recommend riding in the rain listening to The Bluey soundtrack. It's magic.

Baby girl got to meet a goat up close. It wasn't great that she was tired, but she was smart enough to make me go up to it first. She loves animals and I am always worried she'll just run up or into any situation. Today she proved that grown up goes first and then she'll follow if they don't die.👍

I had the goal of not driving the entire month of May. "Bike Month". I have only driven once since April 23rd. I am driving today because of extreme weather. Driving makes me so slow and lazy. I hate it.

Decided to start my summer audio book series today.
Randy Wayne White's Doc Ford. 1st book there are no cell phones. I love this makes me want to read Sue Grafton again. Books written in my time where computers and cell phones and Internet didn't exist.

My fresh year of HS I went to an all girls Catholic school. My sister a Sr at a continuation HS drove me. She never got up on time. You are not late to Catholic school.
I've been up since 5 as we are going on a trip.
I called at 7:05 she just woke up. ETD was 7.

Posting here as my daughter isn't on here. I took the baby to the water. She loves rocks. Nirvana I thought. Took these real quick and then we had to start back. I just looked at them. 1st photo. 🤣 She's holding a piece of glass. Damn kid always finds the dangerous stuff. Lucky it's old and smooth.

Behavioral issues dealt with by expulsion and those kids being sent to online schools or to work. Full inclusion gone. Maybe continuation schools will become the norm.

Can someone explain to me why baby girl swim suits are a long sleeve rash guard and bikini bottoms and baby boys are rash guard and swim trunks. Baby girls can have thigh chub rub and they are babies FFS. It's stupid.

My neighbor just texted me. His oldest of his three German Shepherds passed last night. Malcolm was such a good boy.
Malcolm is on the right. He didn't bark at all while Ellis was out there.
He and Little Bear fence fought daily. The Alphas protecting their yards.
I'm going to miss him.

#cycling this morning I rode to my daughter's chasing the most incredible moon. But it was colder than I planned on. 15 miles in and tired of trying to keep my face warm I remembered I had my small down blanket. It has snaps. I snapped it around my head and draped it over my hands. Warmth.
