I mostly do by going biking and watching horror movies. I dont know why the latter helps. But yeah, this sucks.

Yeah my doctor just told me to go in and say "my doctor wanted me to get the shot because I'm high-risk". I didn't get the impression that anyone would ask any questions. I won't get the shots until next month. I like to wait until flue season kicks in more.
