Clear, quick instructions.

If you use Google for Gmail or Workspace... or really, anything... you need to do this so that AI doesn't read your email and attachments.

We shouldn't have to opt out of something this invasive 🤷

*Periodic reminder: this shop keeps ZERO information about you on file.
Google has started automatically opting you in to let it read your stuff to train AI. You need to turn this off in SEVERAL places in your settings (not just for Gmail), if you want to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Gmail can read your emails and attachments to train its AI, unless you opt out
A new Gmail update may allow Google to use your private messages and attachments for AI training. Here's how to turn it off.

Sometimes you need some clouds to enhance a fantastic sunset. Other times, Hammersmith Bridge will suffice.

Been in Oz for 2 weeks and we’re now in the so called Sunshine State. Been waiting for 2 days for the forecasted cyclone to pass through the area. The predicted rainfall in this area on Saturday is mind boggling with nearly 2 feet of rain in an 18h period. Thankfully we’re near the top of a hill.

My 1st visit to Oz. Always wanted to visit the Rod Laver Arena but never thought it would be for a non-tennis event.
Here’s to a fun night with the Home Queen (not you Margaret Court)!
Not exactly my music but fek it - when in Melbourne.

Cantley Christmas kicked off in style last night. A few call offs due to the storms but you can’t keep a good team down.

My very talented brother-in-law has his rescheduled play next spring.
Plenty of material from a very turbulent period of Celtic’s history. It shaped all of our current experiences.
Pre disco lights and The Celtic Way!

AND IF YOU KNOW THE HISTORY?

Refreshing to see some honesty against this performative bollocks.

With lots of new people on here I thought I'd introduce myself and some of my work. I'm Director of Research at the largest anti-fascist organisation in the UK @hopenothate.bsky.social. I research and write about both the contemporary and historical far right in the UK/globally and music. (1)

Since a lot of us are new to Bluesky, a lot of us are leaving toxicity behind (at least temporarily).
If we are indeed ‘Playing For Change’ here’s another introduction to what resonates in my world.
Enjoy your weekend!

Good morning folks.
My 1st post on Bluesky and thought I’d kick off with this capture from last November in Richmond Park, London just after sunrise.
The amount of light may be limited at this time of year but can be magical.
Enjoy!
