It’s six weeks to go until the Great North Run, which is always the best day.

During lockdown, I wrote some words for the virtual GNR app … they are being used around the run this year which is a huge honour. Not that I will be winning an Oscar for my delivery…

During Covid lockdown, if you had family round on Christmas Day the police could force their way into your home and make them return to their own homes.
Does anybody know if this service is still available and, if so, do you have to book it?
