I think it says a lot about farmers, too. This isn’t just a “what are tariffs” issue but a common sense issue. These farmers have dealt with these suppliers for years - yet assumed their supplier could *afford* to pick up a dramatic uptick in selling price? That the margins were over 100%?

Unlikely you get traction with an appellate court on a those issues until full deliberation by a lower court. Which means a more lengthy resolution. Deprivation of due process is more binary
