Drala is a Tibetan term that means ”above the enemy”, “beyond the enemy”, also “this magical quality of existence”. Perpetual wars, always prepping for and profiting from wars separates us from drala, makes us see enemies everywhere.

This plate of veggies did not happen just like that. Sweet potatoes baked in red salt and olive oil before glaze of honey, butter, garlic salt and cayenne. Green beans parboiled before roasted in butter & garlic. Campari tomatoes stuffed with ricotta, Parmesan, olive oil and basil.
