It was never about ensuring that migrants and immigrants obtain legal citizenship; if it were, we would add more judges to address the backlog of cases instead of firing judges. This was always about denying people the basic human right to migrate.

We can’t issue a blank check to states & expect them to provide a high-quality public education for every child. Currently, schools & states across the country are not meeting ESSA standards nor upholding the federally protected rights of our kids.
