Gale Galligan is a gem. I’ve loved reading the Babysitters’ Club adaptations they’ve drawn as well as their first original work “Freestyle”. In “Fresh Start” we follow the growth of the perpetually transplanted Ollie finally setting to root.

First up is Keiichi Arawai’s “City”. It’s a gag manga with a unique artistic style that has grown on me. The visual storytelling, pacing, and character development make this an eccentric read. An ensemble cast of characters all with quirks weave in and out of each other’s lives. LOL worthy.
