Somehow yesterday I woke naturally at 5.20am & decided to go to the gym.
It escalated: I weighed, took pics, signed up for Ealing Half 26, met a friend for a 5k walk, ate health/drank water.
So, looks like that was Day 1 of this feeling old, fat, unfit, unattractive, unhealthy girl getting #fitby50

I often see people helping others on the tube, I have random chats with strangers, the same as I do in Wales. I take transport/walk at night safely.

Thanks Khan. Yes, there's crime, its a major city 🤷♀️ I see more openness & kindness.
