When you try it, I recommend using a Brut. Once you have the peach slices in it, the mixture is the perfect balance.

It is! It's been a tradition in my family for any and all holidays/celebrations. Put peach slices in a glass and fill with champagne. Of course, the more glasses of champagne you drink before eating the slices, the better they taste! Repeat as desired (as long as you aren't driving!).

The section in the article talking about insufficient training is definitely an issue in the theatre world. For those of us who work in higher ed, small professional theatres, and community theatres, there's often a desire to have an intimacy director for a show, but a lack of trained people to hire

Actually, no. I’ve been extremely consistent with this entire thread, in saying that $2000 is “a lot” for most people I know, when you originally said that no one thought it was.
