This is the least personal example that I felt comfortable sharing.

This time round I worked straight in pen on A5 pages with a plan to tell a story about how Green Arrow inspired me to learn to cook. The only stipulations were that each page had to be completed within an hour on the day and when the story ended I was done. Here's the first page. Full post to come

Interesting choices. Thompson and Martyn Definitely. Bill Nelson I was unfamiliar with but having given him a listen I can understand. Can't get behind Marr though. He's a little too late in the day for me. I'd probably go for someone super obvious like Carlus Santana.
