I made nearly a perfect loaf, but the flavor is just… weak. :( I need to either cut more butter into it or more salt.
But jeez the crumb and texture on it was just absolute chefs kiss - not bad for my first time making bread again after a few years.

😭 I weighed myself today at work and I have dropped down to 318!!! This is the least amount I’ve weighed in nearly two years. I’m having such consistent weight loss now. And I can tell it’s making a difference. People at work told me they could notice a difference especially in my face.
