Writer/designer for Ghost of a Tale, Crash Bandicoot: Twinsanity, Afro Samurai. Writer for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, Carbon Grey.
There were lots of ideas during production, but they didn't have any specific roles. Dan, our lead artist, built them because he thought they were cool and that we should feature the established bosses in the game. I ended up using them for the 'birthday party' scene because they were available.

The publisher's response was something like "Are you kidding? No!" But they offered us Spyro instead! Amazing! Eurocom kindly gave us their model from "A Hero's Tail", which fit our style perfectly. So in the end, Spyro's cameo came about all thanks to one Moronic idea... 5/5

To reinforce that idea, we wanted a character from another dimension who'd arrive to reclaim the treasure from their world, and punish those responsible for taking it. So... 3/5

When Crash and Cortex find the Evil Twins' treasure room, we thought it would be fun to show that the twins had been using their technology to plunder other dimensions, and even other games. The treasure might include things that looked like Sonic's rings, Mario's coins etc. 2/5

It's worth saying this isn't cut content from Twinsanity or a cancelled game, it's just a pitch we made that wasn't picked up. I really love the ideas, though. It would have been a lot of fun. The last line of the pitch: "Ditch the bandicoot and get with the winning team".

Dr. Cortex would spawn exploding 'duplet' clones, then bully them into doing his bidding, sacrificing them to get what he wanted. As long as at least one reached the goal (a lever or switch or whatever), then the mission was considered a success.
