This is a great piece. Resonates with me beyond baseball and sports. It is depressing to see how little virtues and principles matter compared to money.
Also wrote about the Pirates disgracing Roberto Clemente’s legacy over the weekend.

Companies like Disney should stand up to anti-DEI tyranny instead of bowing to a convicted felon. When corporations become bootlickers for any political man-child, they only invite more demands to push a politically motivated agenda, encouraging further control.
