I'm planning to add widgets, HealthKit support, more visuals etc over the next few weeks and months but it’s already a nice self contained app

You just need to link to itms-apps://apps.apple.com/app/id12345678?action=write-review
Of course replacing the id with the relevant app id

And I also added the standard reviewRequest using StoreKit to trigger after some specific actions / counts

I couldn't find any tools to look at the amino acid balance in a section of foods, and combine them to a meal to see how complete the protein is.

So I built one, and it's out now

I just read Derek Sivers' new book "Useful Not True" which talks about this kind of thing more. It's great, and short, and the profits got to charity!

Lots of things we take for universal truths are just our opinions and experiences. Then extrapolate from them, thinking they are true, forgetting that they are just our interpretation... Question your assumptions.

That was my reality. So you assume it is everyone’s.

We take all sorts of things for granted, assume they are true, and extrapolate thoughts and opinions on top of them.
