Look forward to reading Hermit! Chris McQueer is exactly the bold, different, positive male role models we need more of in Scotland. Personally relate to his ambition and wanting to stay in his space 😂 great to see the changing landscape of toxic masculinity.

Cannot put this down! Throughly enjoining it. Yes, I'm a slow reader and want to get to the ending, but I don't want to finish either 😂 I'm going to gift a copy to my fave footballer on my team. I'd give him my copy but I've a feeling ill read again 🤣 ⚽️

There are currently NO, zero, nil , 0, openly gay footballers currently playing in the men's game in Scotland. The elephant in the (very small) room is toxic masculinity. It's rife. Toxic by name and toxic by nature. Hopefully things will change. ⚽️ 🤞

I firmly believe that every interaction matters between each other when it comes to preventing suicide. Each YP who has died by suicide at Polmont will never be forgotten. As a society, our justice system should reflect our preventative approach at all stages.
