Here's some good news: Catelin Drey won a special election this week to flip a seat blue in the Iowa Senate and break Republicans' supermajority.

Here's some good news: Catelin Drey won a special election this week to flip a seat blue in the Iowa Senate and break Republicans' supermajority.
This is what keeps me up at night. How can it be that the United States of America is turning its back on millions of (mostly but not all) Africans? This is not who we were. Is it who we are?

2/ - Local: @seattletimes-rss.bsky.social hasn't published I-137 election updates after Tuesday.
Is it lazy or because they lost? (They sure told us 1A would destroy us plenty before Tuesday!)
Does the publisher expect us to continue to pay for local news that we must find elsewhere? Do better.
