This was the worst part of the half marathon. I thought it would be the hill from UB to Chase St but no this was worse for some reason. I think its bc when you get to the lake the turnaround looks like its 1000 miles away. Then once youve done it you have another turnaround thats all uphill.

Shutting down the streets rules everytime we do it but it sucks when they let cars come right up to the race route and go through bc now every car gets primed to fly through when theres a break in the runners but we still have walkers and bikers going the other way. Should be a hard no, turn around.

Ran the half marathon. Finished but the time wasnt great. Started seizing up on mile 12. We live on the marathon route and im so impressed by the people still running it after 6+ hours.

We did a work retreat last week at the Richmond speedway where they let us drive fast cars around the track. Porsches, Lambos, Chargers. I drove a Ferrari 488. Every car at that track was quieter than the 200 muscle cars that explode around Mount Vernon on a daily basis.

Just heard a segment on npr regarding Trump's relationship with Epstein and the letter that didnt exist but now does exist and but is a hoax by the democrats. NPR used their NPR voice, the same voice used to announce a quarter point change on the Japanese futures index or a 30% chance of rain in DC.
