🎵 This awesome animation by pixel artist @bitopu.bsky.social instantly inspired me to create a boss-fight-style beat! For the hi-hats, claps, and other percussion, I used firecracker sound effects to match the exploding carrot bombs.

Last week, I took part in the 79th edition of the Godot Wild Jam, creating the music and sound for Before the Ash, a game by the amazing @avivlevy.bsky.social.

I dived into the instruments and scales of the Roman Empire, blending them with a bitcrushy electronic sound. Go check out the game!
