That's brilliant. My granddad had it on a record - I always thought it was on one of those 'Rugby Songs' records with a buxom young woman on the front cover, but guessing that's wrong.

Honestly if I was Lord God Emperor one of the first things I'd do is an inquiry into the efficacy of their forecasts.
