I'm quoted in this nice rundown of how some finance billionaires have shaved 3.8% off their tax bills.

My deep sympathies to Paul Kiel, who had to listen to my detailed explanation of the caselaw on the difference between traders and investors, a morass so murky I generally refuse to teach it.
